His strength lies in being able to marry innovation with existing in-market capabilities to prototype and develop new disruptive products that are financially sustainable.

He currently is the VP of Operations at Cabinet Health and has built the operations as the first non-founder hire at Hydrant (food & beverage) and Burrow (furniture).

Wesley started his career in investment banking at Oppenheimer & Co.
