Phuong is a graduate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Phuong is a partner at Quiet Capital, an institutional early stage VC fund, and was previously a Fellow at Chestnut Street Ventures.

Prior venture capital, she was an operator—first as a founder of a women’s ecommerce brand and later as a VP of Operations for a VC-backed consumer personal care brand.

Prior to her startup journey, she spent over 6 years as a strategy consultant at Deloitte and Embarcadero Partners, where she consulted on corporate innovation, marketing, organizational design, and sustainability for Fortune 100 executives.

She is a graduate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
