Michael joined Gorgias after the acquisition to help other merchants level up the engagement layer of their growth stack, and unlock revenue opportunities from support.

Michael is a plant dad and loves playing soccer, despite a serious lack of athletic ability.

Michael holds an MA in Political Science from the University of Toronto, which his Mom proudly hangs on her wall.
