Mark joined Hu Chocolate as CEO in 2019.

Mark is the founder and former CEO of Sir Kensington's, a disruptive condiment company that challenged the status quo of Heinz and Hellmann's, and was acquired by Unilever in 2017.

He joined Hu Chocolate as CEO in 2019, and led the company through an acquisition by Mondelez in 2021.
