Launched in 2021 with bespoke flavors, Lavender and Truffles was born from the desire to create healthy, lactose-free, oat milk-based ice cream options with exceptional great taste, quality and benefits.

Inspired by spices and herbs that are traditionally found in the culinary dishes of Asian cultures, Lavender and Truffles showcases the sweeter side of these often, savory palates. Our flavors are unique with custom spice blends that have been thoughtfully paired with organic herbs and heirloom recipes.
