Shivani has considerable expertise working with companies in Technology, Consumer and Retail and Industrials.

Shivani is a Director at Solebury Capital where she leads the firms West Coast efforts. She is responsible for advising clients on the execution of IPOs, Follow-ons and Block trades.

Shivani brings extensive Equity Capital Markets expertise including structuring, originating, negotiating, executing and marketing public equity offerings. Shivani started her career at Goldman Sachs and has subsequently held various positions within Equity Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo. Shivani has executed monetization events for portfolio companies backed by the leading Private Equity and Venture Capital firms – helping raise over $80 billion in capital across 150+ active bookrun equity transactions. While Shivani is sector agnostic she has considerable expertise working with companies in Technology, Consumer and Retail and Industrials.

Prior to joining Solebury, Shivani founded Soaz Capital, a firm focused on Equity Capital Markets advisory. Her background allows her to provide clients with expert transaction execution and deep equity market knowledge.

Shivani received a B.A. with honors in Economics from Davidson College and is a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon Honor Society and Phi Beta Delta Honors Society. She resides in New York City.
