Mr. Barnett has been selected as a Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum.
Shaklee CEO Roger Barnett began his career at investment banking firm Lazard Freres & Co. where he organized a group to acquire control of Arcade, Inc., transforming it into the largest sampling company in the world.
Later he founded Beauty.com, one of the first internet retailers in the cosmetics industry. In 2004, Barnett acquired Shaklee, developing the business into a digital powerhouse, doubling down on sustainability and product innovation. Today, the brand boasts more than 110 clinical studies, an EWG verified skincare and bodycare collection, and was the first company in the world to be certified carbon neutral.
Barnett has been selected as a Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum, a Young Leader Fellow of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations and the Advisory Board of 2004 Nobel Peace Laureate Wangari Maathai's The Green Belt Movement.
