Ricky Joshi is Co-Founder of Saatva, the Smarter Luxury Sleep Company. Established in 2010, Saatva is the original DTC mattress industry disruptor, founded on the principle that everyone deserves healthy and restorative sleep on a quality bed.

Prior to founding Saatva, Joshi started Sky Social Media, one of the earliest social media agencies, where he developed Facebook apps and microsites for many of the world’s most prominent brands, including Men’s Wearhouse, Norton Anti-Virus, and McDonald’s. As a veteran of Web 2.0 and the social media revolution, Joshi spearheaded business development at the Interpublic Group and led the company's $2.5M Series C investment (2006) in Facebook.

Joshi holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree with honors from Dartmouth College.
