Founder, A La Mode Digital

Nikki is the founder of A La Mode Digital, her own e-commerce consulting practice, where she helps businesses scale by optimizing DTC websites and refining their digital marketing funnels. Prior to this, she brought her expertise to Beauty by Imagination's portfolio companies, transforming digital businesses by optimizing websites and expanding digital media efforts. Before BBI, Nikki joined Ulla Johnson, where she built and led the e-commerce team, implemented new operational processes, and launched the brand’s first paid media campaigns, driving significant DTC growth. Earlier in her career, she transitioned to agency life at One Rockwell to deepen her technical expertise in Shopify development. Before that, Nikki was an early employee at Outdoor Voices, contributing to the brand’s explosive growth during a pivotal stage. She began her journey in fashion as an account executive for contemporary labels, where she developed a deep understanding of the sales and merchandising landscape.
