Phuong is a graduate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Hamish Khayat is the co-founder, CEO and Creative Director of BURST Oral Care, and alongside co-founder Brittany Stewart, is responsible for pioneering delivering affordable oral care directly to families with BURST's subscription-based business model.

At BURST, he works closely with the nearly 40,000 hygienists and dentists who have joined the company in a hybrid capacity. Part consultants, part affiliates, part brand ambassadors, these professionals do everything from helping develop new products, to marketing them to their patients, and hosting events and trade shows.
