Emma is a self-made entrepreneur and serves as Founder & CEO of her own successful plant-based food company, Emma-Leigh & Co. She created and funded the company herself and it is 100 percent owned by her. Her frozen food products are made locally at her food factory in Boston where she employs 50+ people - majority female minority employees. As a female entrepreneur and angel investor, Emma is very supportive of other female entrepreneurs and women supporting women. She is passionate about inspiring young women to save to become financially independent so they can invest in the future they dream of having.
