Emma holds a Business Management degree from Bucknell University.

Emma Dee is the Vice President of Merchandising Strategy for Bluemercury.

She joined the omni-channel luxury beauty retailer in 2016 and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that optimize the company's assortment and spa initiatives. During her tenure at the retailer, she has also led the development of vendor marketing programming, allowing brands to partner with the retailer on immersive storytelling moments.

Prior to Bluemercury, Dee launched her career at L'Oréal, spending time in a variety of roles across Sales, Customer Marketing & Strategy functions. She held various leadership positions including – Director of Customer Marketing Strategy, where she was tasked with finding the overlap of brand and retailer strategies between Maybelline NY and Target; and National Account Manager for CVS, where she managed multi-million-dollar businesses across various categories.

Emma holds a Business Management degree from Bucknell University.
