Daniel Rosensweig

Executive Chairman, Chegg, Inc.

Mr. Rosensweig currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Chegg, Inc. He served as Chegg’s CEO from 2010 to June 2024. Dan was a former COO of Yahoo!, former CEO of Guitar Hero, and former President of CNET Networks, Inc. Dan served for 18 years with Ziff-Davis, including roles as President and Chief Executive Officer of its subsidiary ZDNet, from 1997 until 2000 when ZDNet was acquired by CNET. He serves on the Board of Adobe and is a passionate investor in women’s sports. Mr. Rosensweig holds a B.A. in Political Science from Hobart College.
