Cliff Lyles has spent the last 30 years working in the food and food tech space, with roles at Emirates airlines and Revolution Foods, and is passionate about bringing good food to everyone to nourish healthier communities. Cliff recently joined the team at Thistle as chief manufacturing and innovation officer, where he will be focused on expanding the brand, both from its food offerings to its physical reach.
