Christina has previously helped lead marketing for Vogue and Allure.
Christina Chao is a strategist dedicated to helping brands accelerate with GTM ideas, partnerships, and fundraising. Prior to FounderMade, Christina worked in commercial real estate at CBRE and Savills where she was responsible for leading sales teams to win business through building strategic proposals, partnerships, and new technology resources. While in commercial real estate, she also co-founded Auraswell, a company focused on helping founders produce memorable brand experiences through luxury wellness events. She believes in the power of community and also loves to help founders build more thoughtful and strategic partnerships, investors source new deals, and ultimately accelerate the wellness industry with a curated community. Christina's experience of connecting and elevating founders, combined with her passion and background in fundraising, community, and real estate, made her decision to work at FounderMade a no-brainer.
Prior to commercial real estate, Christina worked at Conde Nast, where she helped lead marketing for Vogue and Allure, and JPMorgan Chase where she helped market consumer credit cards. Christina loves to write and has published articles in The Purist magazine, and also a weekly wellness newsletter with thousands of subscribers.
Outside of her day job, Christina enjoys art galleries, yoga, surfing, charity fundraisers, wine tasting, sailing, traveling, and trying new restaurants. Christina graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, and is currently pursuing her MBA at Columbia Business School and London Business School.
