Ariel Kaye founded Parachute in Los Angeles in 2014 as a digitally native brand, which has since expanded beyond premium-quality bedding to include essentials for every room in the home. Ariel evolved Parachute into a beloved home lifestyle brand with 15 brick-and-mortar locations and expansion into Canada, and she is deeply invested in sustainability and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Additionally, Parachute launched a hospitality collection, various product collaborations, and a growing trade business. Ariel has participated in Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit, Fast Company’s Innovation Festival, and has been honored by EY's Entrepreneur of the Year and AdAge’s 40-Under-40 awards.
