What's your edge on the competition?
Because of our product quality, our customers constantly compare our products to luxury brands, even though our price point is aligned with mass brands. What set us apart is that we are first and foremost a D2C brand and have a close relationship with our community. We are small and nimble and can pivot quickly based on the market trends and feedbacks we receive from our customers. For example, with so many changes as a result of the ever-evolving beauty industry and the global pandemic, we started to see a deeper need from our core consumer (Gen Z and young Gen Y) for multi-tasking and skincare-infused makeup. To respond to that need, we reformulated our entire product line so we are not only clean, vegan and cruelty-free, we are now a skincare-infused makeup brand with the best affordable prices in the market.
