Audience Development Manager

FounderMade is seeking an Audience Development Manager to join our team in New York. As an Audience Development Manager, you will be researching and building audience lists across all verticals in the CPG and D2C industries. This is a primarily remote role with flexibility for in-person meetings in New York City once or twice a week.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Audience Development Responsibilities:

  • Manage audience development research to contribute to company growth, subscriber engagement and support sales initiatives that support our client’s goals.

  • Build audience development funnel for subscriber growth, leading to subscribers converting to ticket purchasers and/or potential clients.

  • Analyze subscriber and event-attendee data to identify growth areas and/or allocate demographics to each subscriber and contact in the database.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and account management to research clients’ targeted attendees and support marketing on communication initiatives to main FounderMade events and client custom events.

  • Provide weekly updates on audience development growth based on given KPIs and goals.

  • Source relevant tools and technology to support audience development.

You’re Our Dream Candidate Because

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in audience development and/or list building.

  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication.

  • You are detail oriented and meticulous on data hygiene.

  • You're able to confidently and clearly communicate with clients, prospects, and community members via phone, email, direct message.

  • You have experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
