Meghan Asha
FOUNDER & CEO
Meghan Asha is the CEO of FounderMade, a platform and conference series that connects best-in-class consumer brands to retailers, distributors and investors. Under her leadership, FounderMade has partnered with innovative brands including RXBar, BulletProof Coffee, Vital Proteins, Target and Starbucks.
Inspired by her entrepreneur father, Meghan has always had a passion for building and empowering companies. Over her career, she’s experienced entrepreneurship from every angle: She’s worked as an analyst for a venture capital firm, interviewed leaders of technology companies for a weekly internet talk show, and built her own digital media platform.
With the firm belief that entrepreneurs need support and connection, she began bringing together business contacts from those earlier jobs as part of an intimate dinner series — which eventually evolved into FounderMade.
When she's not helping consumer brands thrive, you can often catch Meghan on national TV shows like CNN, The Today Show, Fox Business News and QVC. She has also been profiled and quoted as an expert and entrepreneur in business publications like the New York Times, Forbes and Entrepreneur Magazine.
Meghan currently serves as an advisor and investor in several consumer product and technology startups and is a partner at FounderMade Fund. She received her BS from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Stephanie Augello
SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER
Stephanie Augello serves as FounderMade’s Senior Marketing Manager, leading the marketing, communications and audience development strategy to drive FounderMade’s brand awareness and event registration.
Prior to FounderMade, Stephanie was an Event Manager at Bisnow Media, the largest integrated B2B platform for commercial real estate. She planned both in-person and digital commercial real estate networking and education events in 20+ markets across the US.
Stephanie then transitioned to Bisnow’s marketing department as a Marketing Manager, managing event marketing strategy, lead generation, social media strategy and brand marketing for more than 80 events a year. She also supported the communication strategy for Bisnow’s executive level retreats, Escape + Ascent.
Stephanie lives in New York City and received her BS from The State University of New York at Oneonta.

creative director
China designed the FounderMade branding from its conception and today she oversees the design direction of all our internal creative materials & marketing projects.
She is a seasoned designer of 10 years+, specialising in breakthrough CPG & D2C brands. 9/10 of the brands she’s worked with are trailblazers in the wellness or beauty sector with high-scale d2c and retail growth. Previous project include FEMMUE, Naturopathica, Tata Harper, Rent The Runway, FashTechForum, and Wednesday - one of the world’s largest luxury digital brand agencies & where her career first began.
China is deeply passionate about the FounderMade brand & its evolution in an increasingly digital world.

Sasha Perry
MARKETING ASSISTANT
Sasha Perry, the creative and dynamic Marketing Assistant at FounderMade, plays a pivotal role in connecting our brand with our valued customers. Sasha, a London College of Music alumna with a BA Honours in Acting for Stage & Media, brings a unique blend of artistic flair and digital savvy to our marketing team.
In her role, Sasha manages our social media channels, website maintenance and other ad-hoc administrative duties. Drawing from her diverse background in insurance and acting, Sasha approaches marketing challenges with innovative and customer-centric solutions.
Her journey from the stage to digital marketing exemplifies adaptability, creativity, and a dedication to enhancing customer experiences.

Marion Pradier Sentucq
SHOW DIRECTOR
As former Director of Marketing and Sales for the Fashion Division of Comexposium USA, Marion drove the growth of the Curve brand in North America, maintained and grew the business at Curve New York, launched new events in Los Angeles and Montreal, and rebranded the sourcing event Interfiliere New York. Her clients included top intimate apparel brands and manufacturers such as Chantelle, Cosabella, LYCRA® and TENCELTM.
She previously served as Head of Marketing for French fashion designer Daniel Hechter and worked with creative agency Carlin, leading projects and workshops for fashion and CPG groups in Europe, the USA, and China.
She is also an experienced editor, having contributed to Carlin's Trend publications and served as editor-in-chief for Curve's magazine "Revealed" from 2020 to 2023.

Christina Chao
VP OF PARTNERSHIPS
Christina Chao is a strategist dedicated to helping brands accelerate with GTM ideas, partnerships, and fundraising. Prior to FounderMade, Christina worked in commercial real estate at CBRE and Savills where she was responsible for leading sales teams to win business through building strategic proposals, partnerships, and new technology resources. While in commercial real estate, she also co-founded Auraswell, a company focused on helping founders produce memorable brand experiences through luxury wellness events. She believes in the power of community and also loves to help founders build more thoughtful and strategic partnerships, investors source new deals, and ultimately accelerate the wellness industry with a curated community. Christina's experience of connecting and elevating founders, combined with her passion and background in fundraising, community, and real estate, made her decision to work at FounderMade a no-brainer.
Prior to commercial real estate, Christina worked at Conde Nast, where she helped lead marketing for Vogue and Allure, and JPMorgan Chase where she helped market consumer credit cards. Christina loves to write and has published articles in The Purist magazine, and also a weekly wellness newsletter with thousands of subscribers.
Outside of her day job, Christina enjoys art galleries, yoga, surfing, charity fundraisers, wine tasting, sailing, traveling, and trying new restaurants. Christina graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, and is currently pursuing her MBA at Columbia Business School and London Business School.
