Prior to this, she was CEO & Co-Founder of JLO Beauty & Lifestyle (JLBL) Companies.

Lisa strives to change the game of beauty and wellness. She has extensive experience across health, beauty, and luxury-focused companies, with a reputation for building and nurturing dynamic brands/channels.

Prior to JLBL, Lisa served on The Estee Lauder Companies’ Executive Leadership team, responsible for the North America Division.

She has held executive positions at several global brands like Tom Ford Beauty and Channels, including Sephora. At Proctor & Gamble, Lisa held positions in Global Brand Management, Disruptive Innovation, and Business Development across beauty, personal healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.
