Alek founded Settle in 2019 to help take the worry out of cash flow and growth for founders and small business owners. Prior to founding Settle, Alek got his start at Capital One before moving on to become Head of Credit at Affirm. There, he owned underwriting and played an integral role in building out their portfolio of financial products.
